Detailed Description
What is a Toob? A Toob is a set of highly detailed, hand-painted plastic figures. Toobs are a delightful and inexpensive way to add a bit of hands-on fun to any study. You can use them in dioramas or in sorting/naming/classifying activities. You can use them as narration or writing prompts by having your child select a figure then write or tell all that he knows about it. You can challenge your child to place the figures in the correct place on a timeline or a map. We sell enough Toobs that you can purchase animals from each continent and/or creatures from each day of creation (excluding the “non-animal†days).
Of course, what children love most is just to play with their Toobs! We got a couple of sea life Toobs a few weeks ago to review and I can honestly say that my children have played with them every single day since! They just absolutely love setting up imaginative play scenarios with these little critters, and since we are studying marine biology right now, Ive enjoyed hearing their play incorporate terms and concepts weve been learning. Toobs in a favorite theme would also make a terrific little gift for any child.
Each Toob comes packaged in a sturdy plastic tube topped with a spinning globe and includes a fact sheet with information about each figure as well as trivia.
(NOTE: Toys are phthalate free and are meet rigorous European safety tests)
A complete hands-on kit with science, art, math, cultural, language, and worldview activities. Includes our exlcusive Bible Truths memory cards and reproducible notebook pages.
