The entire book is reproducible and contains all of the forms, patterns, templates, etc., that you will need. My children were particularly excited by the cookbook activity in the Soldier’s Life chapter as it contains a recipe for squirrel. (No, we didn’t try it.!) This book is an ideal resource for anyone doing a unit, notebook, or lapbook on Revolutionary War history. Highly recommended!!

The publishers recommend this book for grades 4-6, but it can be used very successfully with older and younger children. It goes along very well with our Hands and Hearts Early America kit.
