1. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we have shipped all over the world. If you are having your order shipped outside of the continental U.S., you will not need to do anything special when ordering. Because international shipping times and costs vary widely according to the method used, we will give you your choice of shipping methods. We will contact you with the prices for the various options and if you select an option that is more expensive than the amount that you paid when ordering, you will need to pay us that additional amount when we ship your order. If your order qualifies for free domestic shipping, we will give you a credit of $18.95 toward shipping and you will only need to pay any additional amount. There is a $2.00 handling fee for all international orders. International orders will be held until the funds have cleared our bank - typically a couple of business days.
2. Do you offer discounts for co-ops?
Yes, we do. If you are going to be ordering for a co-op, please contact us by phone or email before ordering. We will discuss your order and your discount at that time.
