The Hands and Hearts care team is also extensively trained and educated on the specific needs of our Dementia (Alzheimer, Lewy body, Parkinson’s) community.

That’s why we work with a variety of insurance providers and veterans’ programs which generally cover Hospice services (insurances may vary), including Medicare and Medicaid which covers 100%, to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone who needs them.
